The widow of a former UAW vice president was sentenced in federal court today to 18 months in prison and ordered to pay $215,000 in a fine and restitution for cheating the IRS.Monica Morgan, 54, of Harrison Township, wife of the late General Holiefield, received the punishment from U.S. District Judge Paul Borman at the conclusion one-hour hearing in the Detroit courthouse, according to a court official.
