How frustrating. New build with Asus ProArt creator x670e w/ Ryzen 9 7900X3D. Finished the build before my RTX 4070 TI arrived, and white LED constantly on (no problems w/ HDMI though). Then installed 4070 and moved the HDMI from onboard GPU to new GPU, white LED still on.
