Johnson’s Corner’s cinnamon rolls have been world-famous for more than 20 years, and now they’re getting another boost of fame with the Food Network’s recent selection of the tasty pastry as Colorado’s top baked good. Johnson’s Corner received this plaque Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018, from the Food Network. (Provided by Johnson’s Corner) Chris Harder, general manager of the restaurant and bakery at the Johnstown truck stop, said he heard the news about a month ago but just received a plaque from the network on Wednesday. The Food Network’s “50 States of Baked Goods” list chose Johnson’s Corner’s big-as-your-plate cinnamon rolls to represent Colorado.
