The St. Louis County Department of Public Health announced Tuesday that it is finalizing its investigation into an E. coli outbreak linked to multiple events catered by Andre's Banquets and Catering.
According to the health department, there have been a total of 115 cases, including 13 hospitalizations. Two people remain hospitalized and three people have been diagnosed with hemolytic uremic syndrome, or HUS, a rare but serious disease that can occur as a complication of an E.
