MIAMI GARDENS — Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, by most accounts, is playing the best football of his NFL career during his return from a concussion.
In his last seven games, he has 15 touchdowns and just one interception to go along with a 113.8 passer rating.
But the Dolphins are only 4-3 in those games.
So as the Dolphins enter Sunday’s crucial game at Houston the question becomes this: What’s the best measure of Tua’s effectiveness with the Dolphins this season, and more importantly, does it lead to victories?
This troubles me greatly.
We know Tua’s four super powers — anticipation, vision, accuracy and timing.
