For me, it's Man of Steel. I am a huge Superman fan and I loved the movie. The action is great, the movie looks beautiful, the acting is great as well, and it does something that I think Marvel doesn't have the guts to do, show a destruction of a major city and have it mean something (as we know now with Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice).
