INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — A state-sanctioned online university has created a program aimed at giving financial aid to help students impacted by the closure of the for-profit college chain ITT Technical Institute. Western Governors University of Indiana University announced Wednesday it has raised $150,000 in scholarships to help students.
