West Nile Virus Found In Oakland County Mosquitoes, No Human Cases Reported

West Nile virus was detected in the first Oakland County mosquitos tested in 2018, health division officials said.No confirmed human cases of the virus have occurred in the county this year. "West Nile virus is typically detected from June through September," said Leigh-Anne Stafford, health officer for the Oakland County Health Division.
