Families filled the Beaumont Civic Center and surrounding grounds for the Beaumont Police Department's annual Cops and Kids Carnival. Games, entertainment, rides, and children's activities filled the area along with informational displays regarding health and safety. A variety of emergency vehicles were also available for children to explore.
