Welch: Longhorn Steakhouse A 'cut Above'

LongHorn Steakhouse lived up to its website claim of guaranteeing each guest a “Cut Above” dining experience. The steakhouse opened for lunch today at 8200 W. Interstate 40, between Soncy Road and Coulter Street. But Kevin and I had a chance Sunday to try a limited lunch menu during a live test of staff training.
