STOCKTON — The victim of Stockton’s 10th homicide was shot near Astor and Albany drives Wednesday afternoon, the Stockton Police Department said.The 27-year-old man, who remains unidentified, drove himself to the Kaiser offices at 7373 West Lane at about 1:20 p.m. that day, suffering from a gunshot wound, police said Thursday.The man was uncooperative with officers at the scene and provided little information about the shooting.The victim was taken to [...]
