We Knew 2024 Box Office Would Be Bad. But Not This Bad

Paul Mescal was determined not to have the stereotypical "supermodel" look when he donned the sword and sandals as the lead in Ridley Scott's Gladiator II. In an interview with Vanity Fair, Mescal described the radical physical transformation he experienced while training for the lead role in the film, which opens in November.

The series led by Josh Brolin and created by Brian Watkins will not return for a third season on Prime Video.

Marvel star Ryan Reynolds has revealed the stripped-down, low budget comic book movie affair that Deadpool 3 almost was. Before Hugh Jackman decided he would make a triumphant return as Wolverine, Reynolds had planned a sequel with no special effects that consisted largely of The Merc With a Mouth and his trusted cab driver and friend Dopinder (Karan Soni) on a road trip.

If you think about making films like this, it's an unusual genre of film, it's kind of, it's out there." The director has also commented on the nature of experimental horror and how it can really divide horror fans.
