A Waterford woman was charged with stealing a debit card at the Health Plex fitness center in Halfmoon.Gina M. Burt, 32, was charged with identity theft and fourth-degree grand larceny, which carry up to four years in prison, for the alleged theft on Thursday, according to the Saratoga County sheriff's office.Burt was given an appearance ticket to appear at a later date in Halfmoon Town Court.
