STAMFORD-The cold weather is once again reeking havoc on the city’s water supply. Firefighters on Monday morning have confirmed a water main break on Sunnyside Avenue and requested a sander from the Department of Public Works to mitigate the icy conditions on the neighborhood street that descends onto Southfield Avenue. The water main break was reported at 8:11 a.m.
