A water main break has closed both lanes of traffic on North Carefree Circle between Whip Trail and Oro Blanco Drive in eastern Colorado Springs Monday night, police said. Police said the eastbound lanes would be closed for a couple hours and the westbound lanes will be closed until 3 a.m.
