Former Broncos quarterback John Elway appeared in a Topps/Omaha Productions spot promoting the 2024 Topps MLS Chrome series released Wednesday. The general conceit of the ad: What (kinda) happened when the New York Yankees opted to draft Elway in the second round of the 1981 MLB Amateur Draft? Elway, of course, plays himself.
