By Lynne ChaputFlickers RI International Horror Film Festival wrapped its 13th annual showcase last weekend, screening 63 films culled from 461 entries from 20 countries. Despite all that competition, the prize for Best Makeup/Special Effects went to "Eaglewalk," directed by Warwick native Rob Himebaugh. Best Feature Film was a tie: "Up There," directed by Zam Salim, and Jet Wintzer's "Towers." Other winners: Best Short Film: "La Granja," Ignacio Lasierra, Spain H.P.
