Despite all that competition, the prize for Best Makeup/Special Effects went to "Eaglewalk," directed by Warwick native Rob Himebaugh. Best Feature Film was a tie: "Up There," directed by Zam Salim, and Jet Wintzer's "Towers." Other winners: Best Short Film: "La Granja," Ignacio Lasierra, Spain H.P.
