DAYTONA BEACH - The planned Cheddar's Casual Cafe restaurant at Volusia Mall is now hiring t<span style="font-size: 12px;">o fill the estimated 200 positions it is expected to have when it opens.When the 8,000-square-foot, free-standing restaurant, just east of Olive Garden, actually opens has yet to be announced.The Irving, Texas-based national restaurant chain has posted on its website that a Daytona Beach location is coming soon and that it is now accepting applications.The Daytona Beach location will be the chain's first in the Volusia-Flagler area.A temporary certificate of occupancy was recently issued for the Cheddar's eatery, said Mike Garrett, director of permits and licensing for the city.
