The city has also requested $300,000 from the Landis Sewerage Authority (LSA), according to a letter from city Solicitor Richard Tonetta to authority Executive Director Dennis Palmer. The LSA will not transfer the funds, according to the LSA, until the shared services agreement is signed and finalized by Mayor Ruben Bermudez.
