The action star who has 95 million Facebooks likes announced via Instagram that he is doing a third installment of the xXx franchise, with filming set to start before year’s end. This would be Diesel’s first return the decade-dormant franchise since 2002’s original xXx, when he starred as extreme-sports athlete who is blackmailed into becoming a government operative Xander Cage.
