The Beaumont Police Department has identified the man killed on Wednesday near the Solid Rock Community Church. Brandon Keith Pratt, 32, was shot while walking down Pine Burr Boulevard around 1:00 p.m., according to a police statement. The suspect, who was seen running west behind the church, has not been identified.
