The parade slated for 9 a.m. May 28 reflects the theme “Standing Tall: One Nation, Under God.” The Grand Marshall will be WWII Navy Frogman, Hank Weldon, accompanied by a marshall’s posse of fellow WWII and Korean War veterans.
