KEENE - A Vermont man faces a felony theft charge after police said he took a wallet that contained 1,500 and credit cards someone left on a 7-Eleven counter July 3.Police said Robert L. Whiting Jr., 51, of Ludlow, was identified by 11 people after police released surveillance photos of the theft on Monday.
