Vacation Time: 58% Of Workers Would Take A Pay Cut For This One Benefit

An estimated 40% of U.S. employees regularly put in more than 50 hours a week, while 20% put in more than 60 hours. U.S. employees are so desperate for more time off that 58% claim they'd be willing to trade an equivalent change in pay for those extra days out of the office.
