Uva Removes Black Shroud From Jefferson Statue After Protest

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — The University of Virginia has removed a black shroud that protesters draped over a statue of Thomas Jefferson during a demonstration on campus, the college's president said Wednesday.
