Stories Related to Uta Approves Deals For Transit-oriented Developments

The Utah Transit Authority Board on Wednesday approved several land transactions for transit-oriented developments, designed to expand use of rail projects by locating offices, retail and residences nearby so patrons will not need to drive. The board declared as surplus 1.2 acres at 12200 South and 900 East in Draper, adjacent to the TRAX line there.
