U.S., UK, France accuse Iran of covert nuclear plant

PITTSBURGH (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama accused Iran on Friday of building a secret nuclear fuel plant for several years and demanded that Tehran comply with international rules on nuclear nonproliferation.
