U.s. Birth Rates Hit Record Low In 2013

A report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention revealed Thursday that birth rates in the U.S. hit a record low in 2013.The report shows that women are delaying having children until later in their lives. The birth rate decline was seen in women under 30, while the birth rates for women over 35 increased.
