U.s. And Allies Open Talks With Iran On Nuclear Program

The Vienna gathering will focus on a deal that would have Russia enriching uranium for Iran. But Tehran says, if talks fail, it will accelerate its enrichment capabilities. Talks that could lead to international cooperation on Iran's nuclear program began in Vienna today with the aim of persuading Tehran to curtail plans to increase its uranium-enrichment activities.
