URBANA — An Urbana man who allegedly had crack cocaine intended for sale in his home was charged Wednesday with a Class X felony. Champaign County sheriff's Lt. Curt Apperson said Markie Wiley, 24, who listed an address in the 500 block of South Scottswood Drive, was arrested about 7 a.m.
