United Airlines said Friday that demand from business customers seeking to attend January’s CES 2022 in Las Vegas spurred the carrier to significantly expand service nationally into the desert city. In the Bay Area, United (Nasdaq: UAL) is adding 15 additional nonstop flights from San Francisco International Airport to Las Vegas for CES, with nine flights from SFO operating on larger aircraft to meet heightened demand.
