When Frank Roder paid a trip to Double Branch Elementary in Wesley Chapel, Principal Peggy Lewis playfully greeted his arrival with Marvin Gaye's "I Heard It Through the Grapevine." Roder, a vice president of United School Employees of Pasco, had to agree it was appropriate. "It's a scary time for our employees," Roder told the Pasco County School Board today.
