TACOMA — The Union Titans are kings of Class 4A football. The Titans completed their perfect season by shutting out Lake Stevens in the second half and reeling off 38 straight points to win its first state title, 52-20, in Saturday’s Class 4A state championship game at the Tacoma Dome. Quarterback Lincoln Victor completed 19 of 24 passes for 327 yards and five touchdowns and Jojo Siofele had 10 catches for 179 yards and rushed for 113 yards — including an 80-yard score one play after intercepting Lake Stevens quarterback Tre Long inside 3 minutes to play.
