KINGSTON — The Ulster County Legislature, dogged by outside pressure, pushed a proposal to establish term limits for top county elected officials past the November elections.“This Legislature was trying to take an honest look at term limits,” Minority Leader Hector Rodriguez said during the critical vote on the issue at the meeting Tuesday night.
