A congressional investigation into worker safety at Amazon found that the retailer manipulated data on warehouse worker injuries and disregarded internal research on improving safety. We are so very shocked! Via the Washington Post: The report was released late Sunday by the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension, or HELP, Committee, chaired by Sen.

Unlike here though, they won't be apologizing or giving Trump $15 million to kiss his ass. Source: Daily Mail Daniel Penny, the man who killed Jordan Neely on a subway train last spring, was all smiles as he joined President-elect Donald Trump at the Army-Navy game Saturday. The Marine veteran, who was acquitted on a criminally negligent homicide charge on Monday in Manhattan, joined Trump's loyal MAGA gang after accepting an invite to the annual game by soon-to-be Vice President JD Vance. Penny, 26, gathered in Trump's suite at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland along with Vance, Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth, House Speaker Mike Johnson, Director of National Intelligence nominee Tulsi Gabbard, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, and Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

For four years, Donald Trump's persistent campaign after his 2020 election loss has been amplified by powerful allies and a media landscape that often failed to critically examine his actions. Billionaires like Elon Musk and Peter Thiel invested hundreds of millions to support his political resurgence, while right-wing media outlets like Fox News systematically shielded his most controversial actions from thorough scrutiny. When we founded Crooks and Liars (TWENTY years ago!), our mission was clear: to expose media failures that had previously led the country astray, such as the misleading coverage that helped drive the Iraq War.

It shouldn't shock anyone, but Vivek seems to have had some pretty strong opinions on who owned Elon. Let's just say it wasn't Elon. Now, nobody actually likes Musk unless or until they get paid to (ditto Ramaswamy), so the strong dislike for him isn't a shock.

Jim Banks told CNN that he is hoping RFK Jr can open up big debates about all the vaccines in this country, which would be detrimental to the well-being of our children. There is no need to have any debate on this topic, but true crackpots are in charge on the upcoming Trump admin. Banks was refused a place on the January 6 Committee by Speaker Pelosi because he claimed the Biden administration was responsible for January 6th.

Welker played a clip of Graham in 2017 when he called for Donald to choose someone "beyond reproach" to lead the FBI. Of course, in 2024, Graham is OK with Donald choosing Kash Patel to head the bureau, a highly controversial choice who would be better suited to run 4Chan. "Here's what you said on this program the last time Donald Trump was choosing an FBI director," Welker said before rolling the clip. "He has a duty and obligation to pick somebody beyond reproach outside the political lane," Graham said in the 2017 clip.
