BUFFALO — An Uber driver in Buffalo is being credited for saving a wandering toddler.Sylvia Collins says she was finishing up a fare around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, when she turned onto a city road and saw the 2-year-old boy on the street. Collins says she stopped her car and picked up the boy.She took him to a nearby children's hospital.
