Jasma Allen-James, 29, Rudolph Bredy, and Antonio Noble-Santana, 25 were each arraigned on four counts of armed robbery, four counts of felony firearms as well as counts of fleeing and eluding police Monday, March 14, a statement released by the Albion Public Safety Department said.
