New leaders at Feeding Northeast Florida and Lutheran Social Services have forged a new relationship between the two Jacksonville-based nonprofits, after two years of disputes that led to litigation. Luke Layow, who became the regional food bank's president and CEO in January, recently met with Mary Strickland, named Lutheran's president and CEO in March, to discuss "opportunities to work together." Last week, they announced a "renewed working relationship" between the agencies. read more
