Concord Township firefighters were busy Feb. 7 battling two fires at nearly the same time at two locations on Prouty Road located less than a half mile apart.The first incident was a barn fire that was reported at about 5:30 p.m. at 11126 Prouty Road, said Concord Fire Lt. Dennis Calhoun.The lieutenant said there was equipment and tools inside the 60 foot long and 30 feet wide structure that were destroyed and some chickens and turkeys also died in the fire.
