NEW HAVEN >> The state's chief federal prosecutor said Friday that she will file additional charges against two former Wesleyan University students accused of playing a part in the drug overdoses of several people in Middletown in late February.Deirdre M. Daly, U.S. attorney for Connecticut, said at a press conference in New Haven that she will charge Eric Lonergan, 21, and Zachary Kramer, 21, for distributing a controlled dangerous substance, known as "Molly," which left two people fighting for their lives in a hospital days after they overdosed.
