Two people, including an alleged gang member wanted on a felony warrant, were arrested Thursday on multiple felony charges by detectives with the Safe Streets Task Force and the Southwest Washington Regional SWAT, according to the Vancouver Police Department. Authorities had been seeking Raul Martinez, an alleged member of the Sureno gang, and suspected he would be in possession of multiple firearms.
