A two-alarm fire damaged an apartment complex in Vancouver’s Hudson’s Bay neighborhood late Saturday. The fire was reported at 9:05 p.m. in apartments near the intersection of East Sixth Street and Davis Avenue, according to dispatch records. Firefighters arriving on scene requested a second alarm to bring more units to the scene. There were 16 people displaced from eight units, according to emergency radio traffic.
