The annual carnival of the mind, TWENTYWONDER, is back for its third year of throwing together music, science, art, derby and madness -- all for a great cause. Hosted by the LA Derby Dolls, the proceeds from Saturday's event will benefit the Down Syndrome Association of Los Angeles' efforts to support those born with Down syndrome living in our city. Some of Saturday's performances and attractions include a match between the LA Derby Dolls and the San Diego Derby Dolls, performances from Mexican wrestlers Lucha VaVOOM and acrobats Cirque Berzerk, the world’s loudest string quartet, the world’s foremost hula hoop artist and much, much more. This year's carnival will salute the recent announcement of the so-called "god-particle," the Higgs Boson, by explaining how it actually works.
