Bucking standard practice, the Board of Regents won’t firm up its annual state appropriations request during its regular September meeting so it can hear from its tuition task force first.After Regent Larry McKibben next week on the University of Iowa campus provides a report from this summer’s three task force meetings, the full board will hold a special meeting later in September to consider its ask for state funding in the 2019 budget year.The board has a lot to consider.
