SUNY’s Board of Trustees voted Thursday to increase yearly tuition $200 at all four-year schools in the SUNY system, including SUNY New Paltz, beginning in the academic year that starts this fall.In-state tuition will increase from $6,670 to $6,870 per year.The hike the Board of Trustees approved does not impact students who are a part of New York state’s Excelsior Scholarship Program.
