The U.S. Transportation Security Administration has moved 30 security agents out of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to New York and Orlando to help ease security lines there during increased summer travel periods. The move comes as the city of Phoenix, which owns Sky Harbor, looks at whether to replace TSA with a private contractor after the May 12 baggage screening breakdown.
