By ADRIANA GOMEZ LICON SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) — Donald Trump is expected on Tuesday to pledge not only to stop U.S. businesses from offshoring jobs, but also to take other countries’ jobs and factories. Among the ideas he is planning to pitch is luring foreign companies to the U.S. by offering them access to federal land.
