After returning from a visit to meet Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto on Wednesday, Donald Trump once again pledged to make Mexico pay for a border wall and reiterated his stance against offering illegal immigrants a path to citizenship without first returning to their birth countries during a speech to supporters in Phoenix.
