Officials were attempting to rescue a man from the Hudson River in Troy Thursday night after he struck several cars and a motorcyclist and then fled the scene, police said.Troy Police Capt. Daniel DeWolf said the man was driving north on 9th Street near Middleburgh Street when he struck "a couple cars" and a motorcyclist around 7:20 p.m."He then fled the scene and somehow ended up in the river," he said.
