Trooper Pulls Man From Vehicle After Crash

PEMBERVILLE — A State Highway Patrol trooper pulled a Helena, Ohio man from his vehicle Thursday after he crashed it into a flooded ditch U.S. 23, north of Gibsonburg Road, in Freedom Township, the agency reported.
